While thanking each one of you who sent in your photos and family information I must particularly thank Sunanda Aatya [Sunanda(nee Hirlekar)Gokhale USA] and Nalubai Aatya [ Nalini (nee Kale)Verma,NOIDA ], the last 2 surviving descendants of the 2nd generation; and Sanat Bhate, Pune for the efforts they have taken to give me a lot of photos, information & valuable inputs .
I have borrowed from “Anasuyabai ani Me “ by P.B.Kale and “ Maza Nana” by Venutai Ajrekar, information about Bhate family especially Sadashivrao and the 1st generation. My gratitude to them for writing these books.
